Salary : $25-$28 / hr

General Description

The Machine Operator / Utility Installer is responsible for performing skilled work related to grading, trenching, and installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, and storm). This position requires safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment and effective coordination with field teams to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to MCHs quality standards. The operator / installer will assist with site layout, pipe installation, and restoration while maintaining accurate documentation of daily activities and progress using company software.

The individual in this role is expected to uphold MCH Builders standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism at all times.

• Willing to work periodic on-call shifts after hours and weekends

Reports To : Field Operations Manager / Production Manager

Supervisory / Management Responsibilities : None may direct general laborers as needed on-site
