Job description

Senior Helpers is urgently hiring immediately for experienced non-medical Onsite Concierge CNA's HHA's and Caregiver's. The Onsite Concierge CNA HHA Caregiver Position is based out of one of the communities we work closely with in the Delaware, Chester and Montgomery County areas. All clients reside in their own apartments inside the nursing home, senior living and assisted living communities and require assistance depending on their needs; this can be from 15 mins for medication reminders to a few hours for personal care needs, light housekeeping, meal preparations, companionship, dinner escorts, etc. CNA's HHA's and experienced caregiver's Must be able to work with male and female clients, ok with cats and dogs, ok with smokers.

Current shifts available :

  • Wayne, PA - 4pm to 9pm (Monday to Friday).
  • Wayne, PA - 8am to 12pm (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Wayne, PA - 8am to 12pm (Daily).
  • Wayne, PA - 3pm to 8pm (Daily).
  • West Chester, PA - 8am to 1pm (Daily).

    • Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
  • Able to pass Criminal Background Check.
  • TB Required : 2 Step PPD, Quanti- Feron or a Chest X-Ray.
  • Social Security Card.
  • Must be able to work with male and female clients.
  • Comfortable with cats and dogs.
  • Comfortable with clients that smoke.
  • Able to take clients out in personal vehicle for errands, appointments, outings and procedures when required.

    • Job Duties :

    CNA's HHA's and experienced caregiver's job Duties are subject to change based on client’s personalized care plans but are not limited to :

  • Companionship and conversation.
  • Personal Care – showering, dressing, grooming, oral care, hair care, toileting, incontinence care.
  • Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Linen, Mopping, Sweeping, Vacuuming.
  • Meal Preparation.
  • Medication reminders.
  • Safety and fall precautions.
  • Transportation or escort – Errands, Shopping, Outings, Events, Family Gatherings, Doctor Appointments, Procedures.
