Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Clinton, Maine. This is a long-term contract position with potential for a stable role, offering an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing large volumes of data, maintaining accuracy, and adapting to dynamic tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input data into the system, including key statuses and identifying information.
- Organize and scan legal documents, ensuring they are properly uploaded to designated platforms such as Salesforce.
- Handle high volumes of data entry tasks while maintaining consistency and precision.
- Utilize Excel to sort, filter, and analyze data effectively, including working with pivot tables.
- Assist in organizing large inventories of files and reports for easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor and maintain records to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and correctly stored.
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to sort, filter, and use pivot tables effectively.Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and document management.Familiarity with Microsoft Word for organizing and managing files.Demonstrated reliability and a willingness to learn quickly.All candidates are required to complete necessary pre-employment assessments, including checks and screenings, as part of the hiring process.
