Must Haves :

• Registered Dietitian License in the state of Georgia.
• Clinical experience providing nutrition care to patients during hospitalization.
• Proficiency in enteral and parenteral nutrition calculations and management.
• Experience   collaborating on interdisciplinary rounds and contributing to patient care planning with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians.

Day to day :

Monitor and assess the nutritional status of patients in the Ambulatory Unit (Primary Care) as it relates to disease state including patients on enteral and parenteral nutrition. Counsel and instruct patients according to the prescribed diet. Adapt standard diets to individual physical, cultural, and socioeconomic conditions and religious preferences.
