Lead the Core Coaches team, ensuring that our professionals receive the guidance, support, and mentorship they need to grow.

Duties and responsibilities :

Lead, guide, and support the Leaders team, ensuring alignment with the Company’s culture and values.

Oversee the onboarding process for new Professionals, ensuring a smooth transition into the WorldTeams ecosystem.

Identify coaching and mentoring needs, providing strategic guidance to Leaders.

Organize, manage, and oversee monthly meetings between Professionals and their assigned Leaders.

Foster engagement and build strong, trust-based relationships between Professionals, Clients, and the Leaders Team.

Act as a key problem solver in complex situations between Professionals and Clients, ensuring successful outcomes.

Take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and coaching methodologies.

Collaborate closely with other departments, ensuring alignment and synergy in initiatives that impact the Professionals' experience and the team's success.
