Business Banking Loan Servicing Representative

The Business Banking Loan Servicing Representative provides administrative and clerical support for commercial bankers for all Business Banking Credit Center loans.

Responsibilities

• Establishes electronic commercial loans files for commercial bankers.
• Requests and reviews CIP documentation, credit reports, escrow, abstracts, title opinions, appraisals, and flood certifications.
• Requests and reviews hazard and flood insurance policies and determines proper coverage.
• Perfection of title, liens, and mortgages and reconciliation of fees associated.
• Responsible for loan disbursement and related activities.
• Assists bankers with compliance and policy requirements.
• Performs checkback for accuracy of elevated risk documentation / security instruments.
• Inputs, updates, and reviews data / reports from the document imaging system. This includes scanning and converting file documentation.
• Be the subject matter expert in the application process in order to assist a seamless experience for our customers both external and internal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
