Job description
A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Global Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and business goals
Identify top talent by engaging passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
Build strong pipelines to source and connect with potential candidates
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
Technical recruiting experience is essential
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
Natural curiosity and a passion for finding great talent
