Physical Therapy Assistant Ortho and General Outpatient Care
Under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients / clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient / client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient / client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications
Coursework / Training : Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
Coursework / Training : May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education / experience
Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position upon hire
