We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Stewardship Engineer to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assessing the environmental impact and sustainability of products throughout their life cycle.

This is a remote position. However, candidates in the Madison / Milwaukee and Chicago areas are preferred.

About Rumzer : Our mission is to help manufacturers to easily and cost effectively comply with global environmental regulations such as EU RoHS, REACH, California Prop 65, PFAS, CE marking, and other global regulations. We do this using the best software technology and talented professionals. You will lead LCA projects for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs) for manufacturers producing complex, engineered assemblies.
• Analyze data related to materials, production, transportation, energy usage, carbon emissions, and end-of-life considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design and minimize environmental impact.
• Develop reports and recommendations based on LCA findings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in life cycle analysis methodologies.
