Responsibilities
What You'll Be Responsible For :
Managing incoming calls and messages with confidence and efficiency
Completing administrative duties such as policy servicing and data entry
Using basic AI tools to automate or streamline routine office tasks
Keeping client records and agency systems current and well-organized
Following up on client requests and helping maintain a smooth workflow
Taking feedback with a positive attitude and showing a willingness to grow
Assisting the lead broker with daily tasks, follow-ups, and file updates
Requirements
What Were Looking For :
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Prior experience in a customer service role (insurance, hospitality, or retail preferred) at least 2 years
Background in fast-paced service roles like In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, or similar is a plus
Comfortable using technology and learning new tools (including basic AI platforms) and MS Office and Google Docs
Strong communication skills, especially by phone
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
Dependable, punctual, and responsive
Coachable and interested in ongoing professional development
