Benefits We Offer :

Pay Rate : $35.00-45.00 per hour depending on experience plus spiffs

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and technical skill to oversee and complete residential HVAC system installations. The ideal candidate has a passion for quality workmanship, enjoys training and mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Work Hours : 7 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)
