Responsibilities

Patient Care & Treatment Support :  Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized therapy plans.

Patient Education :  Guide patients on exercises, body mechanics, and home exercise programs.

Documentation & EMR Management :  Accurately document patient progress for continuity of care.

Collaborative Teamwork :  Work alongside therapists, patients, and clinic staff for optimal outcomes.

Clinic Operations Support :  Prepare treatment areas, maintain equipment, and ensure a seamless therapy experience.

Uphold Ethical & Professional Standards :  Maintain confidentiality, respect patient rights, and deliver compassionate care.

Required Skills

Current Virginia PTA License (REQUIRED)

Graduate of an Accredited PTA Program

Passionate About Helping Patients Reach Their Goals

Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented Professional

Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills

Ability to Lift 50 lbs & Perform Varied Physical Activities

Team Player with Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a PTA.
