Northrop Grumman's Space Systems is looking for an Energetic Health & Safety Industrial Hygiene Manager 3 to lead the Energetic Safety team at our Bacchus (Magna), UT facility. Position Summary : The Manager of Energetic Safety and Industrial Hygiene is responsible to help eliminate mishaps at the Bacchus and Copper Crossing facilities, while coordinating efforts with Promontory, Clearfield, and KSC to ensure good communication and "one Propulsion Systems" (common procedures and practices). Ensure plant wide safety and occupation health compliance at Bacchus, Copper Crossing, and applicable remote work locations at launch sites. This includes the operating areas, R&D, Analytical Labs, Test and Research Operations (TRO), Maintenance, NDT, Environmental, Plant Protective Services, and the administration areas. Primary work location is the Magna, UT campus. Monthly travel to other PS Utah sites is required (Copper Crossing, Clearfield & Promontory).

Primary Level Salary Range : $161,500.00 - $242,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
