This is a full-time role for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager , located in Cincinnati, OH. This role is dedicated to a single, high-priority client , serving as the lead for campaign measurement, reporting, and performance insight across all channels.

The role requires strong expertise in marketing analytics and reporting , with the ability to create clarity from complexity. This is a hands-on role—owning dashboards, analyzing results, and telling the performance story in a way that drives smarter decisions and better outcomes.

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight performance against KPIs.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Present performance results and insights to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics within an agency or performance marketing environment.

~ Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, SQL, and ad platform reporting.

~ Ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights.

~ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field preferred
