This role offers training and a pathway to significant earnings, with opportunities to develop skills in luxury sales, design consultation, and customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Guiding high-end clients through a premium sales experience.
• Creating inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor.
• Curating luxury looks while earning commissions with no ceiling.
• Contribute to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process to provide a favorable customer experience.
• Develop and utilize sales skills including approach, rapport, needs discovery, portfolio presentations, handling objections, closing, follow-up, and after-sale service.
• Maximize promotions, marketing initiatives, and grassroots programs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of features and benefits of product lines.
