Contract Administrator
Serve as an intermediary between Project Managers (50+) and the Contracts team for hundreds of customer engagements. Review and reference contract documents, framework agreements, and Terms & Conditions for accuracy and compliance. Identify and correct errors in contract documentation and ensure proper alignment with company standards. Support proposal and bid development by ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and track contract status. Engage with customers to obtain missing information or correct data discrepancies. Coordinate internal and external outreach to facilitate contract execution and change orders. Ensure all contracts and change orders are fully executed according to established processes. Collaborate with the Contracts team for escalations involving Terms & Conditions changes. Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
