Job descriptionProvide assistance in administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures Work under the supervision ratio of 1 supervising anesthesiologist to 4 assistants (4 : 1) Participate in a rotating call schedule , ensuring coverage for after-hours needs Support anesthesiologists in preparing and monitoring patients throughout the perioperative process Flexible options : Choose from 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts Call rotation every 2–4 weeks , depending on hospital needs and staffing levels Great work-life balance for those seeking predictability with flexibility New graduate-friendly – get the support and mentorship you need Community-based hospital setting – close-knit team, meaningful impact Competitive salary package based on experience Comprehensive benefits including : Retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays CME reimbursement and growth opportunities Graduate of an accredited Anesthesia Assistant program Certified and licensed (or license-eligible) in [state] Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a surgical team Willingness to participate in rotating call and adapt to flexible shift structures
