Job Description :

• Provide technical support for laboratory and clinical IT systems within GMP / GxP environments.
• Assist with LIMS ELN and other pharma application maintenance troubleshooting and user support.
• Monitor system performance handle incident tickets and ensure compliance with IT and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with lab teams vendors and IT groups to maintain system reliability and data integrity.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech environments preferred.
