Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotel clients, ensuring service expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of service issues. Work closely with sales and account management teams to retain and expand client partnerships. Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth. Analyze financial reports and operational data to improve profitability. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Negotiate vendor contracts to optimize expenses and improve supply chain efficiency. Has full P&L responsibility over assigned facility. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across all departments. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development programs. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in commercial laundry, hospitality, or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of laundry operations, equipment, and industry best practices. Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive business growth. Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in managing high-end clients. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with laundry management software (preferred). Lead a growing business serving luxury hotels. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Job Overview :
Seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee our commercial laundry operations, specializing in servicing high-end hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, customer service, and business development within the laundry, hospitality, or related industry. This role requires a leader who can ensure operational efficiency, maintain high-quality service standards, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Management :
- Oversee daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and delivery.
- Implement and maintain operational best practices to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating at peak performance, minimizing downtime.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics.
