With a new multifamily / mixed-use development set to break ground in the coming weeks, this is an excellent opportunity to take charge of a major project from day one.

As Superintendent, you’ll lead all on-site construction activities from site preparation through punch list and closeout. You’ll manage subcontractors, ensure adherence to schedule and budget, and uphold the GC’s commitment to safety and quality. Your leadership and communication skills will be critical to keeping the project running smoothly and successfully.

This position is ideal for a Superintendent with a proven track record in multifamily construction, particularly those experienced with garden-style or podium projects.
