The Position : We’re looking for a Production Designer to help capture, edit, and design compelling visual content across digital, social, e-commerce, connected TV, and other marketing channels. As a part of our family of pet-centric creatives, you’ll work closely with our Creative Producer and marketing team to deliver high-quality photo, video, and graphic design assets that connect with pet lovers everywhere. As a Production Designer, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating the visuals that bring our brands to life. One week you might be editing campaign videos, the next designing graphics for packaging or social, the next capturing e-comm photography. You’ll contribute across the full creative process — from concept to final delivery — helping our brands connect throughout the retail landscape.

What You’ll Do :

Collaborate with the Creative Producer and marketing team on concepts, scripts, and storyboards.

Capture photography and video for campaigns, social, and e-commerce.

Edit photo and video content — cutting, color grading, audio, and motion graphics.

Design graphics, layouts, and digital / print marketing assets.

Prepare and adapt assets for e-commerce, retail, and social platforms.

Apply and maintain strong design principles in typography, color, and layout.

Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.

Support studio setup, lighting, equipment care, and contribute ideas in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Portfolio link included in resume (required).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite : Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom.

2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing for digital content.

Comfortable with DSLR / mirrorless cameras, product photography, and lighting setups.

Strong visual eye for design, typography, color, and layout.

Experience creating motion graphics, simple animations, or social video content.

Comfortable producing assets for multiple platforms (web, social, e-commerce, print).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

The Location : This position will be based in Huntsville, AL in our downtown marketing office.

Some travel may be required for on location shoots.
