What you’ll need:

• Active Real Estate license in Illinois
• Must join Chicago Association of Realtors and pay annual dues and fees
• Real estate sales/leasing experience preferred
• Willingness to work on a 100% commission basis
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Must have reliable source of transportation
