Your impact :
Work on active projects coordinating the progression of trades and design-field staff. Participate in Owner / Architect / Contractor meetings follow projects from commencing of construction to occupancy by end users. Based at a client site, oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants according to the scope, on time and within budget with the highest quality with safety. Develop and maintain project cost / change controls, project budget, and change order estimates / negotiations. Implement Workflows : Follow established workflows for managing project documents, including Change Order management and the easement approval process. Recommend improvements where necessary. Utilize the Project Management Information System (PMIS) to ensure streamlined tracking and easy accessibility of submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs). Review Contractor Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) documents for submission compliance and make recommendations for approval. Review Contractor and Consultant applications for payment to make recommendations for payment, track Invoices, track Purchase Orders (POs), and collaborate with the internal accounting team to resolve pending vouchers, contributing to effective cost control. Ensure adherence to project specifications and resolve conflicts with the General Contractor to maintain high-quality standards. Track Project Schedule : Perform monthly tracking of the Project Schedule, comparing physical completion percentages with the Baseline schedule to proactively identify and address potential delay risks. Coordinate Information Flow : Facilitate seamless communication and information flow among client stakeholders, Architectural, and Construction teams, overseeing submittal reviews, document clarification requests and request for scope changes. Support Reporting Functions : Provide various reporting tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Senior Management, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the project.
Here's what you'll need :
REQUIREMENTS : This position requires a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management or related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. As an alternative, employer will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management or related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation.
SPECIFIC SKILLS : Expertise / knowledge of : Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). Cost Control and Financial Management, tracking financials for large-scale projects, including reviewing Pay Applications, Purchase Orders, and invoices. Schedule Management, Baseline schedule analysis, forecasting, and risk management. Quality Control and Conflict Resolution. Technical Document Management and Review. Construction, delivery systems, GMP, and components. Software Database systems, (eBuilder or equivalent).
Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.

The base salary range for this position is $127,462.00 to $132,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
