A Day in the Life :

As an experienced Tax Professional with H&R Block, you will empower clients to make informed decisions about their finances, while developing lasting relationships that strengthen year after year.

You will provide personalized support to clients with varied tax needs, backed by a knowledgeable team and advanced training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough tax interviews with clients through in-person and virtual communication channels.
• Prepare precise and comprehensive tax returns.
• Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and introduce additional products and services.
• Offer IRS support to clients.
• Provide tax notice services at all certification levels.
• Circular 230 associates will deliver audit representation.
• Mentor and assist fellow team members.
• Successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Bring experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Complete individual tax returns with confidence.
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Utilize virtual communication tools effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in all formats.
• Meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
• Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range : The pay range for this position is between $11.00 - $80.00 / hr. Individual pay will depend on experience, education, skills, performance, and location.
