Join a mission-driven nonprofit making a difference in the San Francisco community! We're seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist or Staff Accountant with Yardi experience to support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reconcile vendor invoices and statements
- Enter and process invoices in Yardi system
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
- Support month-end close processes
Requirements :
Position Details : Full-time position at our San Francisco office, preferably onsite. Remote or hybrid arrangements considered for exceptional candidates with proven experience.
