Compensation & Perks :

• Base Pay : $19–$23 / hr depending on experience (≈ $39,000 – $48,000 / year)
• With Tips & Cutting Bonuses : Stylists typically earn $30–$45+ per hour (≈ $60,000 – $90,000+ annually
• Sign-On Bonus : Up to $1,000
• Paid Weekly – Every Friday!
