Construction Litigation Associate

Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join a firm in Denver or Boulder, CO as a Construction Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:

• Representing clients in construction and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, and delay claims;
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and briefs;
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on construction law issues;
• Managing discovery processes, including document production and interrogatories;
• Taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts;
• Appearing in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations;
• Developing and implementing case strategies in collaboration with partners;
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams;
• Staying current on developments in construction law and litigation practices.
