Job description

Job Title : IAM - Identity and Access Management Architect

Location : NYC, NY / Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Job Type : Full Time

Job description

  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including workforce identity, provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity lifecycle, roles, entitlements, and policies.
  • Proficient in IGA and CIAM Concepts, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Knowledge of IAM architecture and its components.
  • Proficiency in core java, Beanshell, and Python for creating custom connectors and scripts.
  • Experience in integration of other systems including HR, PAM, SSO etc.
  • Experience in application integration using connectors like AD, LDAP, JDBC, RACF, Delimited files etc
  • Experience in development of SailPoint connectors
  • Experience with XML, JSON, HTMl, and RESTful APIs for integration and data exchange.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in IGA and CIAM tools installation, configuration and administration
  • Experience in Market leading IGA products like Saviynt, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID,
  • Experience in Market leading CIAM products like Transmit Security
  • Experience in creating IGA and CIAM Architecture and Administration
  • Experience in supporting Audit and compliance activities
  • Experience in developing IAM Technical documentation

    • Experience in DevOps and automation

    Generic Managerial Skills, If any

  • Lead IAM programs across multiple projects
  • Own technical delivery of IAM Programs
  • Prepare technical responses to customer RFI / RFP / RFQ
  • Identify solution to customer business problems
  • Complete POC and POV based on customer requirements
  • Be the point of Help with solutions for business problems across multiple engagements
  • Help with upskilling, cross skilling and training activities
  • Help with interviews for recruitments.
