$470 to $550 per hour

About The Position

Gastroenterology Locums, Michigan - Inpatient Only

This inpatient Gastroenterology assignment in Michigan offers hospital-based coverage only; no clinic responsibilities and credentialing in 30 days.

Practice Setting

  • Hospital-based coverage only
  • Adults only; no pediatric patients
  • APP and IR physician support during the week
  • In-house anesthesia 24 / 7
  • Call required during assignment blocks

    • Schedule

  • Week-long blocks : Monday to following Monday
  • 2 weeks per month; you pick the blocks
  • Additional 2026 dates also available for early commitment

    • Cases and Procedures

  • 4-8 consults / rounds per day
  • Bread and butter GI focus
  • ERCP and EUS preferred, but not required

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years)
  • Active Michigan license or IMLC
  • DEA certification and ability to provide case logs

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Airfare, lodging, rental car or mileage included
