📍 St. Augustine, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Rotating Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Your Impact as School Director :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a vibrant, high-quality school

Lead, coach, and support a team of dedicated early childhood educators

Ensure curriculum quality and compliance with state and licensing standards

Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community

Maintain accurate records, including staff schedules, child attendance, and licensing documents

Champion a safe, inclusive, and enriching learning environment

Serve as the heart of the center—problem-solver, motivator, and culture leader

What You Offer :

Minimum 21 years of age

Florida Director's Credential with VPK endorsement

Active CDA , Associate's , or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education

2–3 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting

CPR and First Aid certification

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Availability for a rotating schedule between 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM , Monday–Friday
