Commercial Counsel (Licensed Attorney)

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to provide legal guidance and support on contract-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including revenue-generating agreements and vendor agreements

Act as a business-minded partner to internal teams, enhancing the sales contracting process while managing legal risks

Develop and implement contract templates and best practices to streamline the contracting process

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top tier law school

Admission to the state bar in which the candidate resides

4-6+ years of legal experience, with significant experience in transactional law

Healthcare experience preferred, but not required

Strong contract drafting skills
