Must-Have :

2 years of experience as a nurse

At least 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting

Teamwork mentality

Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback

Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department

Description :

We provide care to a diverse population, including patients who speak over 120 languages.

The department is known for teamwork and welcoming personalities.

Registered Nurses will work with a ratio of 4 : 1, typically 7 : 1 for behavioral holds.

Technicians and unit clerks are available during both day and night shifts.

The equipment used includes pumps and monitors, and documentation is managed through a specific system.

Every other weekend is required for scheduling, but there is no commitment to block scheduling.

Nurses must be open to floating to all sections within the Emergency Department.

We prioritize patient experience, encouraging respectful behavior and keeping patients informed throughout their visit.

Our department conducts community service and has extensive engagement opportunities.
