Retail Partnerships Vi Program
The Retail Partnerships (Trade) team supports the transformation of Tiffany & Co by leading the "Retailization" of the external boutiques, elevating the experience, making it as unified as possible with any other Tiffany & Co. boutique and delivering moments of joy to our clients. The VIE Global Trade supports the team with monthly sales budgets achievement, product assortment review to maximize sales opportunities and roll-out of programs elevating the client experience. They continuously monitor market context providing sales analysis with clear communication to build up brand clear strategy forward.
VIE Program Requirements
- Ages 18 - 28
- French or European Union citizen (cannot be a U.S. Citizen)
- Be available to work in New York, NY for the entire 18-month program
- Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n)
- Available to devote yourself full time to your assignment
Salary : 5072.76 per month.
Location : This is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY with an anticipated start date of March 1st.
Key Accountabilities
Trade Sales Development and Sales Analysis
Coordinates sales forecast process with Zones, ensuring forecast is aligned with potential based on sell-out / stock coverage analysisSupport Zones in achieving monthly sales targets by coordinating key stakeholders (Merchandising, Logistics, Zones etc.)Review the progress of monthly, quarterly, annual budget plan monthly and make the revised plan quarterlyCollaborate closely with Merchandising to ensure right assortment and key products focus for Trade storesSupport with effective data visualization and analysis for internal data (sell-in, sell-out, per zone, per account etc., AUR, key product focus etc.) and external data (market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats)Retail Excellence Programs Roll-out
Support Team with animation of the Trade community in the Zones (monthly calls, monthly newsletters etc.). Collect best practices to share and inspireSupport roll-out of key initiatives elevating the client experience (hospitality, uniforms, selling tools, training tools etc.)Assist in the documentation and implementation of management processes to improve business control and efficiencyHelp with ad-hoc projects and requests, presentations to various internal and external teamsRequired Qualifications
Diploma from higher education degree from a Business School University or equivalentFluent in English both verbally and business writing2+ years of experience in retail / wholesale sales in luxury industryDemonstrates professional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills with a proficiency in Excel Advanced knowledge of MS OfficeProficiency in reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) projects, with a strong emphasis on Power BIYou show initiative, have comfort with numbers, and a strong interest in business developmentAttention to details and deadlinesPro-active and results drivenStrive for excellenceTeam player, well organized with good time management skillsSelf-Awareness : Feedback-oriented & personal learnerMust meet the requirements for the VIE program
