Infrastructure and IAM Risk Director

A company is looking for an Infrastructure and IAM Risk Director.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the Technology Front Line Unit, aligning with objectives set by leadership

Design and maintain effective controls for core infrastructure and IAM domains, ensuring compliance with regulations

Lead root cause analysis and remediation plans for control gaps, while providing governance over risk management processes

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Risk Management, or a related field preferred; advanced degree and / or risk certifications are a plus

7+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or internal audit within the banking or financial services industry

Deep understanding of banking regulations and risk management frameworks

Strong familiarity with infrastructure management practices and operational risk management techniques

Proven experience interfacing with regulators and audit functions
