Assembler

The Assembler will perform manual labor on a production line, assembling parts for satellite systems.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a production team to assemble parts. Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins. Manually assemble satellite sub-assembly parts. Utilize various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment. Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes. Pack, seal, and move boxes. Pick up, move, and sort small parts. Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in assembly and wiring. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with hand tools and power tools. Sheet metal manipulation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
