Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Duties :
- Drive complex projects and programs to achieve targeted and measurable business goals in support of Real Estate and Implementation activities required for project completion
- Coordinate and schedule resources across multiple teams and organizations to align project requirements with business objectives
- Identify, monitor, report, and escalate project-related issues to ensure timely resolution
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks and minimize impacts on project schedules and business outcomes
- Utilize project tracking tools and related systems to accurately document milestones, issues, corrective actions, risks, and overall project status
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with cross-functional team members and management to ensure early issue identification and proactive status reporting
- Coordinate and lead regular project meetings to communicate status updates, risks, changes, and key milestones
- Escalate issues as needed to keep project schedules on track and ensure deliverables are met
- Establish contingency plans to manage potential risks throughout all project phases
- Provide regular status reports to project teams, management, and directors
- Conduct post-project “lessons learned” sessions to document insights and improve the efficiency of future projects
- Develop and refine processes to enhance employee productivity and project effectiveness
Desired Skills / Experience :
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education4+ years of relevant work experienceProven technical and project management experience with a strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecyclesProficiency in PC operations and software applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office SuitePMP certification preferred or equivalent project management credentialsExtensive experience project management tools and systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levelsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions aligned with policies, procedures, and project objectivesBenefits :

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
