Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in in-home sales, strong design skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role combines design expertise with sales performance, working directly with homeowners to transform their kitchen ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners.

Develop and present kitchen designs, layouts, and pricing in our showroom.

Follow up promptly with clients to close sales.

Work with customers on product selections, design choices, and budgets.

Attend and represent the company at all scheduled trade shows.

Manage a pipeline of prequalified appointments provided by the company.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of proven success in in-home sales (kitchen, bath, or home improvement industry preferred).

Strong design sense with the ability to present layouts and solutions that meet client needs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment .

Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday (Saturdays required; evenings as needed for in-home presentations).

Strong communication, organization, and closing skills.

Team-oriented with a professional, client-focused attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary plus commission.

First-year earning potential : $90,000+ .
