Location : Scottsdale, AZ

Job Type : Full time; Onsite

Schedule : Monday through Friday; 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

Salary range : $65,000 base salary plus bonus

About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. If you're a recent college graduate and have some prior sales experience, this is an incredible opportunity to join a high-growth environment with clear upward mobility.

Responsibilities :

• Qualify and engage inbound / outbound leads via phone, email, and social platforms
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently
• Schedule product demos and support Account Executives with deal progression
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve lead quality and messaging
• Achieve and exceed monthly pipeline goals and performance metrics
