Job descriptionDesign, Develop, test, and maintain ETL batch processes using IBM DataStage Strong SQL / Database concepts, with relevant experience on PL / SQL Excellent oral and written communication skills, to be able to work with business users and cross functional teams Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve complex data related issues including conducting Root cause analysis Data Analysis- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs Experience in establishing criteria for data use / test cases. Documentation- Create and maintain technical design documents for data processes and workflow Collaboration- Work with cross-functional teams across US and India locations Optimization- Fine tune SQL queries and DataStage jobs for improved performance and reliability Strong business analysis and requirement definition background in Data Integration (ETL)

- Must have Skills- IBM DataStage, SQL
- Good to have- Unix, US Healthcare & Insurance, Azure Data Factory, WebFOCUS.
- Need Mid-level resources with 8-12 years of experience
