    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Demand Programs to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable sales demand generation programs that drive revenue performance and sales productivity on a global scale. This role requires a strategic leader with a data-driven approach to optimizing sales processes, identifying gaps, and opportunities to increase win rates, and improve forecast accuracy. The VP will work cross-functionally with various teams to design and execute programs that are aligned with corporate goals and directly tied to revenue targets. A key aspect of the role is to build and lead a high-performing Demand Programs team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.

    Applicants for the VP of Demand Programs position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in sales demand programs and sales strategy, with a proven track record in the SaaS industry. The role demands a leader with a reputation for improving operational efficiency at scale, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, value drivers, and competitive landscapes, and experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Proficiency in strategic tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytics platforms is essential.
