Position

First‑Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers

Type

Independent Contractor

Compensation

$55–$70 hourly; paid weekly via Stripe Connect.

Location

Remote

6 weeks

Commitment

20–40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

  • Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real‑world production supervision work in manufacturing based on your professional experience.
  • Create realistic situations involving team leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Develop scenarios for handling scheduling, training, performance management, and production troubleshooting.
  • Review and evaluate AI responses to manufacturing supervision queries for accuracy and industry standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback on production management scenarios to improve AI training.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years professional experience as a first‑line supervisor of production and operating workers in manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
  • Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
  • Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
  • Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

    • Preferred : Average 14 years experience.

    Start Date

    Immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

    Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
  • Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
