Claims Team Lead

A company is looking for a Lead I - BPM.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of 12-15 claims examiners and adjusters, ensuring productivity and accuracy

Collaborate on special projects such as process documentation, training, and quality audits

Maintain communication with management to address issues and ensure processing quality

Required Qualifications

5+ years of healthcare claims processing experience

Solid understanding of leading a claims team

Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel

Knowledge of physician billing, hospital coding, and medical terminology

Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with the team
