Job Summary

Job Title : Wine and Spirits Cashier

Reports To : Wine and Spirits Department Manager

As a Wine & Spirits Cashier , you'll be part of a team that helps guests find the perfect pairing for any occasionfrom local craft beers to premium wines and specialty spirits. You'll work closely with your team leaders to keep the department running smoothly, while providing friendly, knowledgeable service that makes shopping enjoyable and easy.

What You'll Do :

As a Wine and Spirits Cashier at Festival Foods, you will :

• Be a Product Guide : Help guests find what they're looking for, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service : Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every guest leaves feeling supported.
• Support the Team : Work alongside associates and leadership to meet department goals and maintain high standards.
• Keep Things Running : Maintain inventory levels, ensure accurate pricing, and keep shelves stocked and organized.
• Operate the Register : Check out purchases with accuracy and a smile.
• Ensure Cleanliness : Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Communicate & Collaborate : Work with vendors, managers, and fellow associates to exceed expectations.
• Honor Committments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Support the Team : Other duties as assigned.
