Overview

At Ruby, we believe in creating personal connections that help businesses thrive. As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as a Virtual Receptionist, providing the friendly, professional voice our customers depend on, skillfully handling incoming calls and website chats. We're committed to delivering exceptional experiences 24 / 7, 365 days a year. This full-time (40 hours per week) position requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays.

This is an in-office position at either our Chesapeake, VA, or Virginia Beach, VA location.

• All interviews will take place at our Chesapeake office.
