Robert Half is hiring a Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) Practice. This unique opportunity offers the stability of full-time employment with Robert Half, while allowing you to work on diverse and challenging accounting projects across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities :

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including complex journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage general ledger activities and ensure accuracy across multiple accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with client teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to knowledge sharing across engagements
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as needed
