First Connect Health is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Mauston, Wisconsin.

Position : Retail Pharmacist

Location : Mauston, WI 53948

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Scheduled Hours : 36 hours / week

Shift : Monday-Friday (8 AM - 6 PM or 9 AM - 7 PM) & every 3rd Saturday (8 AM - 1 PM)

Compensation Package :

  • Gross Weekly Pay : $2,773
  • W2 Rate : $43 / hr.
  • Per Diem : $1,225 / week (non-taxable for housing & meals)

    • Requirements :

  • Professional Pharmacy Degree required (Doctorate preferred)
  • Wisconsin Pharmacist License required, or a temporary Wisconsin Pharmacist License that must be upgraded to active status within 60 days
  • BLS Certification required
  • 1+ years of related work experience
