Compensation
Base pay between $66,700-$103,000 / yr with annual performance-based merit raisesThe pay listed for this position may vary based on experience. Please note, compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening. We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the position's work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.Please note salary estimates published via alternate online job boards may not be a true representation of the actual pay range offered for this position. Job Duties
The CRM Marketing Manager oversees CRM efforts and oversees the strategies and systems used to manage outbound customer interactions, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ultimately, drive sales growth. They are responsible for leveraging customer data to improve engagement, retention, and overall business performance. The CRM manager is responsible for streamlining, develop, execute, monitor, and continuously update strategies to optimize multi-channel customer interaction though email, push notifications, and SMS marketing.
Build and execute email, SMS, push, and CRM campaigns including creating templates, automations, and customer journeys.Lead the CRM strategy for all verticals, leveraging email, push, SMSRegularly analyze CRM funnel KPI's to identify opportunities to optimize pre- and post-click experiences with cross-functional teamsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders from customer analytics, merchants, creative services, and more to advance our customer outreach, acquisition, and retention.Assist in designing and implementing segmentation, targeting, and personalization to enhance the customer experience and engagement across all CRM touchpoints.Experience with customer segmentation and journey mapping.Forecast channel performance and costs as requestedAssist in budget preparation and reforecastingCoordinate with Site Merchandising Specialist on reporting for all CGP Digital CampaignsParticipate in digital promotion planningParticipate in special projects as required (i.e., research projects)Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.4-6 years of experience in CRM & Lifecycle, subscription experience a plusExperience with ecommerce analytical platforms (Google Analytics) and internal database programs (BI03)Experience working with, and supervising, outside agencies preferredIn-depth understanding of digital advertising strategies and platforms, including paid search, display, remarketing, and affiliate marketing.Knowledge of HTML / CSS, and email client basicsPersonalization CRM management and CAN-SPAM Laws (familiar with Optimove or like systemsEEO Statement
