Today MeUndies has sold more than thirty million pairs of underwear and is profitable with double-digit YoY growth. It continues to redefine the subscription market by evolving the transactional subscription to a membership centered on community and relationships with the brand.

The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options, including singles, packs, matching pairs, and monthly membership.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days / week in our Los Angeles office

What You'll Do

• Campaign Management : Launch and optimize campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) to achieve CPA targets for new customer acquisition.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, informing strategies for owned channels and sharing results with the broader team.
• A / B Testing : Execute tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Creative Collaboration : Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to shape the creative testing roadmap.
• Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with agencies / vendors to execute campaigns, including sending product samples, sharing marketing materials, and guiding landing page strategy.
• Administrative Support : Manage routine campaign administration tasks such as uploading spend data into ad platforms, reconciling invoices, and ensuring accurate budget tracking.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $78,650 -$90,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
