A company is looking for an Operational Risk Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational risk strategy focusing on technology, product, change management, and business risks
Conduct data-driven risk assessments and contribute to risk mitigation planning
Align the Enterprise Risk Management Program with strategic planning and enhance internal processes
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MBA, JD) in a relevant field
8-12 years of experience in risk management with expertise in operational risk
Experience with GRC tools and data visualization platforms
Experience in a regulated financial services environment
Demonstrable knowledge of operational risk management principles
