As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences by assisting both wholesale and retail clients with their needs and inquiries about our quality products. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service while also working towards achieving the store's sales goals. You will be well-informed about our product features to provide accurate recommendations tailored to client specifications.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Building and fostering productive trust relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately according to company policies and procedures.
- Working towards and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintaining detailed work order files and formulas.
- Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse efficiently.
- Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications when needed.
- Stocking shelves and setting up eye-catching product displays.
- Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting in deliveries as required.
- Keeping assigned areas in-stock and well-presented.
- Remaining knowledgeable about all products offered, discussing available options with customers.
- Adhering to inventory control procedures and suggesting ways to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements :
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status, now or in the future.Ability to read, write, comprehend, and effectively communicate in English.Fluent in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.With or without reasonable accommodation, able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.Willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.Preferred Qualifications :
